Our last July workshop was just wonderful. We delved into dreams and images from past and present, sharing space and encouragement and creativity with a finale shared “dream poem” stitched together.               

 In this next fun workshop we will again work with paper accordion art journals (provided)  which will become templates for your own DreamZine—kind of like a mini graphic novel of your dream! Participants will learn Embodied Imagination® dream work techniques which have a basis in post-Jungian archetypal psychology. We will doodle, collage, notate snippets of dreams, or even memories if you don’t have a dream to bring.

All art materials provided—journals, collage materials, watercolor & colored pencils, ribbon, glue and scissors—to let your hands play while we delve into the realm of the imaginal and nighttime dreams.

The dreamwork practices of Embodied Imagination® allow for a deeper connection with our unconscious knowledge.

Your dream leader, Rebecca Peterson, is a certified Practitioner of Embodied Imagination® founded by Jungian analyst Robert Bosnak. She received her doctorate from Pacifica Graduate Institute with a focus on dreams and nature. She has a background in art therapy and had a studio practice in San Miguel de Allende, MX for many years. She currently resides in her hometown of Santa Fe, New Mexico where the mountains called her back.
